My 17 yr old daughter loves to make her an egg, cheese and sausage english muffin in the morning. I was trying to find her a substitute for it. This worked. I don't think any low carb bread taste like the real thing, but this was close enough not to feel deprived. She can still have her fav breakfast food when she is in a rush in the morning. I seen a post further down that asked about substituting almond for the coconut flour. I was grateful for the answer b/c I don't like coconut flour. I had a small ramekins b/c I got 4 thin slices and 1 recipe fed both of us. I made 3 more batches and put them in the fridge for use during the week. Thanks so much.

  6. Thank You Thank You. Bread is the next thing to my hearts especially Biscuits, Type 2 had changed my entire life and been looking for a decent recipe.,. Delicious toasting and Guava Jelly. Can't have bread and jelly to But Keto bread and Little Jellys is Ok. Especially you make your own Jellys cut the sugar back.
